Confirmatory Patent of Livingston Manor (copy), 1715.

This copy was made in the eighteenth century and provides a description of the manor as well as the methods of payment of rents by Philip Livingston and his heirs for the manor. The patent also makes provisions for the election of officers on the patent such as a treasurer and constable as well as the election of a representative to the General Assembly of the Colony of New York.
